Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for people who are wanting to start a new ramen business in their community. While it can be helpful if you’re familiar with the restaurant business, it is not necessary as our success in the Victoria location shows.
We want passionate people who will respect the authenticity of our ramen and deliver a quality experience.
Training Available
We train you in the process of how Ramen Arashi operates. For the kitchen, it does not take a year to learn how to make ramen, we have amazing suppliers who enable us to create quick but authentic ramen. None of our staff are trained cooks, but rather we train and teach the process of how to run a successful establishment.
We believe the best way to learn is by doing, and so training will be in-person in our existing restaurants, so you fully understand the flow and process. You would come work in the restaurant for a month and then we would give you hands-on support for your own location.
Franchising Cost
Unlike many other restaurant franchises, the costs are minimal to open a Ramen Arashi. This is because the equipment needed to operate is simple: pots for boiling soup and noodles, and a deep fryer.
Depending on location, we anticipate an investment of $350,000 - $500,000, with a franchising fee of $35,000. A 4% royalty applies to sales and a 1% marketing fee is charged for continual promotion.
