Financial Requirements
New franchisees must demonstrate proof of a minimum of $250,000 available in cash as a start-up. This is in addition to the $35,000 franchise fee. The actual costs of start-up can reach as high as $500,000.
The costs to start a Ramen Arashi restaurant will depend on the amount of work required to construct the restaurant, how much equipment you may have after taking over an existing restaurant, along with the age, and condition of the equipment. However, as a benchmark price, to open a Ramen Arashi restaurant from scratch you can expect to spend approximately $65,000 on large appliances (lease options are available), $35,000 on smaller equipment, and if building out a restaurant from scratch, between $150,000 and $300,000 on construction depending on local regulations and the particular space you are building in.
Background Check and Experience
New franchisees and their partners must complete a background check along with demonstrating knowledge and experience in hospitality and/or in the food & beverage industry.
