Finally, they visit Ramen Arashi, the highest-rated ramen restaurant in Victoria, for their most anticipated meal. The ramen is a standout, featuring deep flavors, garlic chips, and well-prepared noodles. The owners share their story—Ramen Arashi was originally started by two Japanese chefs in Banff and Canmore 30 years ago before expanding to Victoria.
